Dublin Sights, Sounds and Hotels
Originally designed to house the Irish Parliament, one of Dublin’s most imposing buildings, is now home to a branch of the Bank of Ireland. With its splendid façade incorporating Corinthian pillars in the Ionic porticos it is understandably the pride of Dublin. In the former House of Lords, a magnificent 18th century chandelier of exquisite Waterford glass hangs from the coffered ceiling, and two tapestries depicting the Battle of the Boyne and the Siege of Derry adorn the walls.
Dublin city is home to many beautful and historical buildings such as Dublin's Bank of Ireland. THe best thing to do would be to book one of the great Dublin hotels and enjoy them for yourself.
